Smoke Smart

🚭 Smoking allowed only on the balcony or designated outdoor areas.
Inside the room = ₹500 fine + unhappy housekeeping.

No Nonsense Zone

⛔ Drugs, illegal items, or unlawful activities = immediate escalation to authorities.
Let’s keep the vibes relaxed, safe, and responsible.

Visitors Policy

👥 Visitors are welcome in the lobby or restaurant, but not in rooms after 9:00 PM.
Your comfort + everyone’s safety = our priority.

Fresh Sheets Promise

🛏️ Linen & towels are changed every alternate day and after check-out.
Need extra fresh ones? Just tell us — we’re happy to help.

Payments

💳 Room tariff is paid in advance.
Food, services, and extras are settled during check-out. Simple and smooth.

Our Right to Say No

🛑 We may refuse entry or service in situations where safety or behaviour is a concern.
Kindness and respect are non-negotiable.

If Rules Are Broken

⚠️ Guests who disregard house rules may be asked to check out early and may not be accepted in future.
